Community Christian Preschool - 26/27 School Year

The Registration Fee covers all curriculum and materials needed for the school year and yearbook.

This fee is required to save your child's spot. Your payment options include via our church app (Community Hemet) for card/ACH payments or in-person at our Preschool for cash/check payments. If paying with a check, please make checks out to "Community Christian Preschool".

This fee is non-refundable as it is used to pay for non-refundable expenses.

Daycare fees will accrue for any attendance exceeding contracted hours. Daycare fees will be billed to you the month following the accrual.

Please indicate your child's preschool program and schedule selection if enrolling in the PRIMARY (ages 3/4) program.
Select "Not-Applicable" if enrolling in Pre-K or TK.

Would you like to add attendance on Fridays?

Friday attendance costs will be added to your normal monthly tuition rate as follows:
HALF DAY = add $55/month
FULL DAY = add $85/month
EXTENDED DAY = add $95/month

Please indicate if any of these discounts will be applicable to you.

Tuition payments are due on the 1st of every month. Invoices will be emailed each month on the 1st.

A Late Fee of $30.00 per student will be added for payments received after the 15th of the month due. Students may not admitted to school until tuition and late fees are paid. Contact the Preschool Director if payment arrangements need to be made.

CCP closes promptly at 4:00pm. There will be additional Daycare fees of $10.00 from 4:01-4:05pm and $1.00 per minute thereafter. These fees will be billed in the same way as normal Daycare fees (outlined above).

There will be a Returned Check Fee for any bounced checks.

Use the space below to provide names of individuals who are unauthorized to pick up your child.
You must notify the preschool immediately if there are any court orders restricting non-custodial parents or others from contact with the child. You must provide the preschool with a copy of the order.

List any allergies, social/emotional concerns or diagnosis, or unusual medication information.

Please list your child's insurance provider and policy number.

I hereby pledge that I will pay my financial obligations to Community Christian Preschool (CCP) on the due date. I understand that if my student's accounts become delinquent, that he/she may not be allowed at school until the account is current.
I authorize CCP personnel to seek medical treatment with the medical providers named above for my child in the event of an emergency. If no preference is listed, I give permission for my child to be treated at the nearest hospital (Hemet Valley Medical Center) or treatment center.
Occasionally, CCP takes photographs of the students while in the classroom, at recess, or special events. I give consent to have my child's photographs published or displayed on our school website and other CCP venues.
I understand that the standard of CCP does not tolerate profanity, obscenity in word or action, dishonor to the Holy Trinity and the Word of God, disrespect to the personnel of the school, or continued disobedience to the established policies of the school.
I understand that falsification of information on this form could lead to the student's suspension or expulsion.
Checking the box below indicates my agreement to CCP's electronic sign-in/sign-out procedures. I understand it is my responsibility to keep a current list of authorized persons on the Emergency Contact Form and to inform the school of any changes.
I hereby certify my consent and submission to all governing policies of the school, including disciplinary policies as outlined in the Handbook for Parents & Students. It is understood that the services of the school are engaged in mutual consent, and that either I or the school reserve the right to terminate any or all services at any time. Admission to CCP is a privilege, not a right.
